Keshi pearls, give an original touch to your summer looks!

It is well known that nothing accentuates a tan more than white pearls. However, in SY Pearls we do not settle for offering what everyone else does.

The Keshi pearls they are some of our favorites, as there are few gems more unique. Unlike other cultured pearls, which are created by inserting a nucleus into an oyster or mussel and allowing it to be coated with nacre, Keshi pearls are created by chance during cultivation. 

You have to distinguish between two types. On one hand, the Keshi saltwater pearls, which occur when oysters expel the nucleus that has been inserted into them. Without a nucleus to cover, the oyster creates pearls Keshi. The second type is that of the Freshwater Keshi pearls, which are created by extracting the pearls from a Freshwater mussel and then returning it to the water. Once again, since there is no nucleus to cover, the mussel creates pearls Keshi.

Keshi pearls are very unique, usually somewhat flattened, and of which in SY Pearls we choose the best to create our designs.
