The shape of the pearls

There are different types of pearls depending on their origin: Freshwater, Akoya, Tahiti, Australians, etc. But they are not only distinguished by their origin, their shape is also important. Do you think you know them all?

Just in case, we tell them to you!

They are from round appearance in its part frontal and something else flattened la rear. Economical and perfect if you are looking for something classic, since once worn they resemble, with some differences, the round ones.

Just like the baroque ones, these pearls are irregulars and even more original.

All pearls are created by inserting a nucleus into the oyster or mussel; however, Keshi are the exception and, in addition to being very exotic, are made entirely of nacre, which gives them an intense luster.

At SY Pearls, we are proud to be among the few who offer these pearls!
