Shipping policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders placed before 14:00 will be shipped the same day. Orders placed later will be shipped the following day.

If for any reason you would like to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

For shipments outside the European Union, the estimated delivery time is 5-8 days, although this may vary depending on the country. Shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional fees and taxes, which in any case will be the responsibility of the buyer. We commit to handling the procedures and preparing the necessary documentation for the corresponding customs process.

EXCEPTIONS

For logistical reasons, shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Ukraine, Russia, Macedonia, India, South Korea and North Korea are not available at this time.
