Refund policy
TIME LIMIT FOR EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
The period to request an exchange or return is 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product.

Outside the European Union: The term is 15 days natural.

Christmas Period: For orders placed from November 15, the return period is extended until January 10.
1. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN (REFUND)
If you wish to return a product, contact us at the email team@syperlas.com with the subject "RETURN" and your order number. We will reply with the instructions and the corresponding shipping label so that you can drop off the package at the nearest collection point.
RETURN COSTS: To facilitate the return, we will send you a prepaid label. The cost will depend on the refund option you choose and the value of the jewelry:

OPTION A: Refund in Store Credit (Gift Card) – FREE Valid for Spain and the European Union. If you choose a refund in the form of credit for future purchases, the cost of the return label is FREE.

OPTION B: Money Refund If you prefer a refund to your original payment method:

Jewelry valued over €300 (Spain and the EU): Return FREE. If the returned product has an individual value higher than €300, we will cover the cost of the label.

Rest of returns (Spain): They will be deducted 5€ of the final refund for the shipping label.

Rest of returns (European Union): They will be deducted 10€ of the final refund for the shipping label.

If you prefer, you may also send the package yourself to the address shown below (assuming the cost and responsibility of the shipment).
Refund Conditions: Once we receive the package and ensure that it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your money.

Partial Return: In the event of a partial return, if you benefited from free shipping by exceeding the specified amount, but after returning part of the order this amount is no longer exceeded, we will deduct from your refund the cost of standard shipping specified in the shipping section.
2. RETURN FROM OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
For returns outside the EU, you must send us the package within the 15 DAYS from its receipt, as returns received after 30 days from the order date will be subject to additional customs fees.

Customs: The courier will ask you to complete a customs declaration. To ensure the package arrives efficiently, provide the same description and value as the original order and specify clearly that it is a RETURN.

Costs: We are not responsible for items held. We also deduct from your refund any customs fees we had to pay to receive your return.

3. SIZE OR MODEL EXCHANGES
To make an exchange, please contact us at the email team@syperlas.com with the subject "EXCHANGE" and the order number.
A) FROM SPAIN (Mainland and Balearic Islands): We use a system of Premium Redemption.

How it works: The courier delivers the new order and collects the old one at the same time.

Cost: First change FREE; successive changes €10 for shipping and returns.

Once the billing adjustment has been made (refunding or charging the difference between products), we will send you the instructions.
B) FROM OUTSIDE SPAIN (EU and International): This exchange policy only applies to Spain. For international buyers, the process consists of two steps: return the current product (following the instructions in section 1 or 2) and place a new order.
4. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND PRODUCT CONDITION
All returned products must be in perfect condition, without having been used, carry all tags and their original packaging intact.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide suitable packaging to ensure that the items arrive at SY Perlas in perfect condition.

The decision to accept an exchange or return will ultimately rest with SY Perlas. If the items are received in poor condition, we will be unable to process the requested return.
5. WARRANTY OF THE ITEMS
All our items are covered by the warranty provided under the current law of each country. The warranty is valid against manufacturing defects. The warranty excludes coverage for natural wear of the product, deterioration due to improper use and/or physical or accidental abuse.
