Returns & Exchanges
RETURN OR EXCHANGE PERIOD
The period to request an exchange or return is 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product.
For orders placed from November 15th, the return period is extended until January 10th.
CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
All returned products must be in perfect condition, unused, with all tags attached and their original packaging intact. It is the customer's responsibility to provide appropriate packaging to ensure that the items arrive at SY Perlas in perfect condition. The decision to accept an exchange or return will ultimately be made by SY Perlas. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to process the requested return.
MAKE A RETURN
To return a product, contact us at the email team@syperlas.com with the subject "RETURN" and the order number.
Send us the items you wish to return to the address we will provide you by email.
It is your responsibility to choose a courier service, finance the return trip of your package, and ensure it arrives safely.
Once we ensure that it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your money.
In the case of a partial return, if you have benefited from free shipping for exceeding the specified amount, but by returning part of the order this amount is no longer exceeded, we will deduct the shipping cost specified in the shipping section.
RETURN FROM OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
For returns outside the European Union, you must send us the return package within 15 DAYS of receipt, as returns received more than 30 days after the order date will be subject to additional customs fees.
The courier service you choose will ask you to complete a customs declaration form. To ensure that your return package reaches us efficiently, be sure to provide the same description and value that we included in your original order and specify that it is a return.
We are not responsible for items held or returned by customs.
In case of a partial return, yes You have benefited from free shipping for exceeding the specified amount, but upon returning part of the order, this amount is no longer exceeded, we will deduct the cost of the standard shipping specified in the shipping section. We also deduct from your refund any customs fees we have paid to receive your return.
CHANGES
- First change free; subsequent changes €10 in terms of shipping and product returns.
Once the payment adjustment has been made, refunding or charging the difference between the new product and the product to be exchanged, as well as the shipping cost, we will send you the instructions.

ITEM WARRANTY
All our items are covered by the warranty protected by the current law of each country. The warranty is valid against manufacturing defects. The warranty excludes coverage for natural wear and tear of the product, damage due to improper use and/or physical or accidental abuse.
