What does the quality of our pearls mean?
Unlike diamonds, there is no universal standard for pearls. Terms like "AA+" or "AAA" are subjective and depend on the standards of each jeweler. They serve to distinguish the quality of pearls within a brand or store, but never to compare different brands or stores. What may be AAAA pearls for some, for us may not even be acceptable for sale.

Preparation time
Certain designs, such as some of our necklaces where you can choose the type of closure, are hand-strung once the order is placed, so we need one business day to have it ready and ship it the next day. Don't hesitate to contact us if you are in a hurry.
However, the vast majority of products are ready so orders placed before 1:00 p.m. will be sent that same day and the rest a day later.
